What to expect?
The Winners Workout is a training method developed by Rico Verhoeven and his team. This is the training program that made him the undisputed Glory Heavyweight World Champion Kickboxing since 2013. The program is a combination of technique, fitness, mental balance, eating healthy and discipline. In 2017, Rico and his team further developed this method for the non-professional sports athlete, resulting in The Winners Workout by Rico Verhoeven.
During the clinic, participants will learn the most important aspects of Rico’s training method (strength, flexibility, endurance), points of attention during matches, and the importance of a good executed technique. In addition, there is room for questions and to take a picture with the champ Rico Verhoeven.

Rico Verhoeven (1989) is the Glory Heavyweight World Champion Kickboxing. He was born and raised in the Netherlands and started practicing the martial art when he was 7 years old. He soon turned out to be a natural talent and made his professional debut at age 16.
Throughout the years, he has fought against some of the top fighters in the sport resulting in his first Glory Heavyweight World Title in 2013. Since his first title, Rico has remained the undisputed champion, which gave him the nickname ‘The King of Kickboxing’.
